What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address (or, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the email and name your provider shares). Using the app creates the data you would expect a collection tracker to keep: the cards you add, quantities, what you paid, grades, wantlist entries and target prices, and pack-opening (“rip”) history you log.
Screenshots and photos
When you import a rip from a screenshot or scan a card with your camera, that image is sent to our server and processed by an AI model (Anthropic’s Claude) solely to identify the cards in it. Images are processed transiently and are not stored by us after identification completes.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored with Supabase (our database and authentication provider), hosted in the United States. Market price data shown in the app is aggregated from public sources on our servers and is not tied to your identity.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not share your collection with other users — it is private to your account. Push notification tokens are used only to send the price alerts you asked for.
Purchases and links
Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat; we never see your payment details. Some outbound links to marketplaces (such as eBay) are affiliate links, which tell the marketplace the visit came from Stocked Up — they carry no personal information about you.
AI access (MCP)
If you generate a personal access token in Settings, an AI assistant you connect can read your collection, wantlist, and price data. Tokens are stored hashed, can be revoked at any time, and are read-only.
Deleting your data
Deleting your account removes your collection, rip history, wantlist, alerts, and profile from our systems. Email us and we’ll handle it promptly.
